Our Processing Prices

Beef Processing

Kill Fee: $110
USDA and Custom Processing: $0.80/ lb (We charge a 500lb minimum regardless of the hang weight of the beef)
Patties: $0.75/ lb (15 lb minimum)
Quarter Surcharge: $15/ quarter
Organ Meat Processing: $0.80/lb (includes heart, tongue, and liver, which is not included in the hanging weight)

Pork Processing

5 hog minimum to book appointment. No splitting into individual orders. We are no longer processing freezer hogs.
Kill Fee: $75
Processing: $0.80
Smoked Products: $1.25/lb
Pork Patties: $1.50/lb

Base Price Brats:
Brats: $2.00/lb (collagen or natural casing) $1.00 extra charge/lb for following premium flavors (cheese is now included in cost of processing):
